When this helps

A decision is coming. The system is complicated.

Before a migration or redesign

Understand dependencies, tradeoffs, and delivery risks before committing your budget.

When integrations slow the business

Map how systems exchange information and identify the failure points that deserve attention.

Your deliverables

Concrete findings your team can use.

The assessment connects the available technical evidence to your business goals. Each priority finding explains its impact, supporting evidence, and recommended next step.

  • 90-day roadmap: recommended sequence, suggested ownership, and dependencies.
  • Written assessment: a concise report you can share with leadership and delivery teams.
  • Findings meeting: a 60-minute walkthrough and Q&A.

Clear scope · Fixed fee

$5,000 for one agreed review.

The fee covers up to 20 consulting hours, including discovery, up to two stakeholder interviews, document review, analysis, report preparation, and the findings meeting.

A typical engagement runs across two weeks once the agreed documents and stakeholders are available. We confirm a start date and scope after the introductory call.

Implementation, production changes, penetration testing, and ongoing support are separate engagements. Any additional work requires a separate written agreement.

What we agree together

  • One application or a bounded integration landscape
  • The decision or business problem to address
  • Available documentation and stakeholder access
  • Deliverables, timeline, and review boundaries

What to bring

A short description of the system, your main concerns, an existing diagram if available, and your target timing. We agree an appropriate way to share technical information after the fit call.

What happens next

Three steps to a clear scope.

  1. Request a fit call.Tell us which system needs attention and the decision you are trying to make.
  2. Agree the engagement.Confirm the system boundary, available evidence, fee, and timing in writing.
  3. Review and prioritize.Receive the assessment and roadmap, then walk through the findings with Chris.
